Entrance:
1. The "doors" to the Quadrangle are the archway near January Hall and the Brookings Hall arch. The "doors" to the Quadrangle will open at 4:00 p.m. the day of the show. Persons may enter and leave at any time, with reentry subject to the conditions listed below.
2. Students, faculty and staff must present a valid Washington University ID or proof of employment to enter the Quadrangle. Admission for students, faculty and staff is free.
3. Alumni must present proof of previous enrollment at the University (eg. a copy of a diploma) AND a valid government ID to enter the Quadrangle. Admission for alumni is free.
4. All guests must enter through the Brookings Entrance (east side of the Quad) no earlier than 4:00 p.m.
5. No tickets will be sold at the entrances. Guests of students, faculty, staff, and alumni must have purchased an entrance ticket from the Edison Theatre Box Office prior to the festival.
6. Guests must present valid ID and a ticket, and/or be on the guest list (compiled using names of guests as given by Edison Box Office).
7. No guests under the age of 18 will be allowed into the Quadrangle.
8. No animals (except seeing-eye dogs) will be allowed into the Quadrangle on the day of the festival.
9. Backpacks, purses, and other bags will be searched to ensure policy compliance.
Guests:
1. All guests of University students, faculty, staff, and alumni must purchase an entrance ticket from the Edison Theatre Box Office in Mallinckrodt Center. Tickets go on sale approximately one month before the show and end at 5:00 P.M. on the day before the show.
  - The price for each guest ticket will be $25 and must be paid in cash or check (no credit cards will be accepted).
  - Each student, faculty member, and staff member will be allowed to purchase only one (1) guest ticket with a valid WU ID or proof of employment. Alumni may substitute proof of previous enrollment for a WU ID.
  - At the time of purchase, the purchaser must provide the name of his/her guest to be put on the guest list.
  - Any guest who does not have a physical entrance ticket at the time of entrance may still enter the festival provided that his/her name is on the guest list and he/she can provide positive proof of government issued identification.
2. Guest Liability:
  - Each student, faculty member, staff member, and alumni must sign a waiver during the ticket purchase transaction holding him/her responsible for his/her guest & holding the university harmless for any and all injuries or losses that may occur during the festival.
  - Each guest must sign a waiver upon entrance to the event holding their host responsible for their actions & holding the university harmless for any and all injuries or losses that may occur during the festival.
3. Guests must be at least 18 years old.
  - Any guest who arrives and is deemed under 18 years old by University Police and/or Event Security will not be admitted to the festival. S/he is NOT entitled to a ticket refund (as this requirement is stated clearly on the aforementioned guest waiver signed by the host).
4. Ticketed guests do not have to enter with their hosts.
5. All guests must enter through the Brookings Entrance (east side of the Quad) no earlier than 4:00 p.m.
6. The host will be held responsible and accountable for actions of his/her guest. It is suggested that you stay with your guest for the duration of the event.
Alcohol and Beverages:
1. Each entrant showing verification of drinking age (21 years of age) will be allowed to bring in a maximum of one 6-pack of 12 oz. cans of beer through January entrance only. No cans larger than 12 oz. or bottles will be allowed into the event.
2. All beverages of any kind entering the Quadrangle must be in their original, sealed packaging. No open containers, squeeze bottles, or cups of any kind will be permitted.
3. Students who are not over 21 and who are not bringing beer (subject to previously stated guidelines) will not be allowed to bring any beverages into the Quad. Water and Coca-Cola products are provided free of charge.
4. Under no circumstances will bottles, hard alcohol, or wine be permitted into the Quadrangle.
5. Under no circumstances will beer bongs, pipes, or hookahs be permitted into the Quadrangle.
6. No coolers will be permitted into the Quadrangle.
7. Guests are neither permitted to bring alcohol into the Quadrangle nor drink at the event.
8. Backpacks and other bags will be searched to ensure policy compliance.
9. No alcoholic beverages of any kind may be present in the confines of the Quadrangle before 4:00 p.m. on the day of the festival.
10. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed into the Quad after 6:00 p.m. Individuals wanting to bring alcohol into the Quad MUST be in the Quad by 6:00 p.m. If you are in line (and not in the Quad) at 6:00pm, you may not be allowed to enter with alcohol. Please arrive much earlier than 6:00pm.
11. Individuals entering the Quadrangle with alcohol or alcohol paraphernalia MUST show legal proof of drinking age (21) at the entrance.
12. Individuals attempting to use false identification will not be allowed to bring in any alcohol or alcohol paraphernalia, and will be referred to University Judicial Administrator and at a minimum be subject to a fine of $500.
13. Wristbands will be given to those who present legal proof of drinking age.
14. There is to be no public urination. Individuals caught urinating in public will be referred to University Judicial Administrator and at a minimum be subject to a fine of $500.
15. The Quadrangle will be periodically checked for violation of the stated policy. Any and all violations of the above policy will be grounds for confiscation of any substances and/or dismissal.
16. The Washington University Policy on Drugs and Alcohol and Policy for Alcohol at Events will be upheld. Policies are available at http://alcohol.wustl.edu.
17. All Federal and Missouri State Laws concerning controlled substances will be upheld.
18. Team 31 Productions and W.I.L.D. Event Security reserve the right to deny entrance to or dismiss anyone who is, in the opinion of the said parties, excessively or dangerously intoxicated.
Audio and Video:
1. Video or Audio recording equipment is prohibited and will not be allowed in the Quadrangle
2. NO pro audio recording.
3. NO pro video recording.
4. NO pro cameras without band approval.
5. Cell phones, small point & shoots are OK.
Event Security:
1. No weapons or explosives of any kind may be brought into the Quadrangle.
2. All Washington University policies and procedures apply as specified at http://www.wustl.edu/policies.
3. Team 31, the Washington University Police Department, and any other appointed security personnel reserve the right to search and/or confiscate any suspicious items.
4. Team 31, the Washington University Police Department, and any other appointed security personnel reserve the right to dismiss any attendee from the Quadrangle if said attendee is in violation of event or University policies.
Special Activities:
1. Participants enter all eating contests at their own stomach's risk.
2. Participants enter all dancing contests at their own risk.
Cancellation:
1. In case of cancellation of W.I.L.D., guest tickets can be returned to the Edison Theatre Box Office for a full refund.
2. No refunds will be permitted if the event is moved to a rain location or is rescheduled.
3. In the event of rescheduling, guests tickets purchased for the original event can be used for entry.
4. No refunds will be permitted if the event is cancelled after the first performance begins in the Quadrangle.
5. Tickets stubs from the cancelled W.I.L.D. may be presented for entry in case of rescheduling.
